Embroidery
Embroidery has become the dominant way to decorate apparel for large and small businesses alike. Lending itself to smaller quantities and allowing for greater flexibility with color changes are two of the primary reasons many have switched to this decorative style.
The pricing for embroidered logos is based on the number of stitches involved which generally relates to the complexity and size of the design. Often times though, company logos are crafted in a more minimalist manner, thus the setup cost are kept low. Once your logo is digitized(made into an embroidery file), it can be re-used over and over on various items. All that is required to create a digitized logo is a high quality print or digital version. If you need a logo made from scratch, we can handle that as well.
Once the logo is digitized, we sew a sample out for review by the customer to see if any fine tuned changes are needed. With our focus on quality we make sure that before the first garment hits the machine, we have the absolute best design to work with.
Screen Printing
We welcome the opportunity to bring your image to life on wearables. Anything you have seen printed and some things that you may not have seen are possible to print. Quantity, production time, and budget define the cost of your job.
To make a print requires art. We love good art and will strive to make the best possible print for you. We work from your finished art, or we polish your rough art, or we create art from your mind’s eye. Some customers can’t tell us what they want exactly, but they know what they like when they see it.
We offer screen printing on T-Shirts in up to 10spot (individual) colors as well as four color process (all colors made with a combination of red, yellow, blue, and black dots). Caps, aprons, jackets, totes, backpacks, fanny packs, umbrellas, and towels can usually be printed with some limitation of size of image and number of colors. Four color process works best on white shirts, but there are other colorway possiblities depending on the image.
Printing on dark colors requires different pre-press and on-press practices. Mixing white, light, and dark color garments in the same job may incur additional expense.
T-Shirt images can be as large as 14 inches wide and 15 inches tall. Size of the image is critical when there are children’s shirt sizes to consider.
Children’s shirts don’t come in all of the adult shirt colors.
The number of garments in your job affects the price per piece. The price goes down as the quantity goes up. We take jobs of 24 pieces and more. An automatic press can print around 2400 pieces per 8 hour shift. Multiple presses and shifts are available.
